This is the second in a series of ongoing Traditional Owner Forums the Assembly is holding to strengthen relationships with all Victorian Traditional Owner Groups and maintain collective support for the Statewide Treaty Process.
The forum will be an opportunity for all the mobs to come together and demonstrate our collective strength as well as:
- receive up to date information about the Statewide Treaty negotiations
- yarn about priority reform that could benefit all Victorian Traditional Owner groups
- share experiences about how Traditional Owners are using their SDF Funding to prepare for Traditional Owner Treaties
- understand more about the differences between Statewide and Traditional Owner Treaties
- yarn with the Treaty Authority and Self Determination Fund.
